Fit club provides bodyweight exercises like HIIT, interval training, cardio movements are exercises that use your own body weight as resistance. You perform them to work different muscles, increase strength and mobility. It enhance fitness without having to add weights or engage in machines.

2) We provide nutrition to your body
Food is fuel. The better the fuel you put in your body, the more you can do physically and mentally. That’s why a post-workout shake provided by fit club is so helpful!
Post-recovery nutrition prevents muscle breakdown and jumpstarts your metabolism to further aid in weight loss.
