5 easy exercises to kickstart your fitness routine

Are you ready to kickstart a fitness routine? Have a look at our first week video that aims to target improve your fitness level step by step.

Here are 5 simple body weight exercises which you can do at home:
  1. Reverse Crunches
  2. Russian Twists
  3. Flutter Kicks
  4. Side Heel Touches
  5. L-Crunches
Decide on how many repetitions you can do per exercise and complete at least 3 sets.
You can do these exercises daily. Enjoy!
