  • Basic Level:
    10 –  15 repetitions per exercise for 1 – 2 sets.
  • Advance Level:
    10 –  15 repetitions per exercise for 3 – 5 sets.
  • High Level:
    20 –  25 repetitions per exercise for at least 5 sets.

Take 1 minute rest in between each complete sets.
